Crystals carry a unique natural vibration that resonate at a higher frequency than our own. When we incorporate crystals into our everyday life, they encourage our own vibration to increase, promoting healing, balance and release within our energy system.

We start by discussing your needs and desires for the session, then together intuitively choose which crystals will be suitable. Crystals will then be placed on and around your body in a grid-like fashion, with the intention of increasing energy flow, pulling energy into or away from the body where needed, balancing blocked areas and general overall healing.

As you relax on the table soaking up the energy for an hour, Reiki is also channeled to enhance the healing process.

Your session is intuitively guided and completely unique for what you need at the time. After your session you will be gifted 2 crystals to take with you to continue your healing journey.
